Background

Paul works professionally in cardiac rehab, exercise prescription for heart failure, COPD, chronic pain and exercise & nutrition for adult weight management, his 15 plus years experience in this field has allowed for the true application of nutritional science and theory to real world people in a free living world.
In addition to this, Paul provides performance coaching to a wide range of athletes, using his own personal experience as a 3 event British record holder for indoor rowing and having competed to a high level in crossfit, badminton and other functional fitness competitions, he combines the science of performance with the application of it to everyday people. His clients range from finalists at world championships and ultra endurance athletes right through to parents and grandparents that simply want to feel fitter and healthier.
