What do I need to do before my physiotherapy appointment?

Due to covid prevention measures I ask that you do not attend your appointment if you are poorly. Please lateral flow if able to help prevent the spread. 
 
A mask will need to be worn when in the treatment room

What do I need to wear?

Something comfortable, so I am able to fully the area of issue. A strappy top is good for ladies and shoudlers complaint, shorts or a skirt for hip or knee region issues.
